SERVICE > MAINTENANCE SERVICES > MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Maintenance Agreement

  1. SCOPE OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
    1. In order to keep the equipment in efficient operation TAMICO SYSTEMS SDN BHD shall provide preventive maintenance service and 4 times free service call when malfunctions are due to any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from date of signing this Service Maintenance Agreement.
    2. Service shall be render under this Agreement during normal business hours as follow: Monday to Friday ; Business hours 09:00 to 17:00 ,                      Saturday ; Business hours 09:00 to 13:00  (excluding Public Holiday)
    3. Anytime before and after specified time, we charge an additional RM80.00 for each hour (minimum 2 hours) subject to availability of manpower.
    4. The above fees exclude spare parts but any spare parts and repair cost will be eligible for a ten percent (10%) discount off the recommended customer price (RCP).
    5. The Customer’s equipment named in this agreement shall be given three (3) routine maintenance visits during the period of this Agreement.
    6. Service rendered under this Agreement will be performed in the customer premises by Tamico authorized service personnel, unless deemed necessary by Tamico, the work will be perform in our service center
    7. In the event of the equipment or parts named in this agreement is under repair, a standby loan set will be extended to the customer.

 

  1. EXCLUSION OF SERVICES

This Agreement does not cover malfunctions or repair due to:-

  1. Improper or careless handling of the equipment.
  2. Unauthorized modification conducted by persons other than those nominated by Tamico Systems.
  3. Moving, dismantling or tampering the equipment from the current location by any unauthorized persons.
  4. Transfer of equipment without the knowledge of Tamico.
  5. Malfunction due to fire, earthquake, typhoon, electrical current fluctuations, lightning strike, act of nature and other major force.
  1. RENEWAL / TERMINATION OF SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

 

3.1 This initial period of this Agreement in one and will automatically be renewed each and subsequent year unless the customer has given TAMICO SYSTEMS SDN BHD. Thirty (30) days prior notices to terminate this Agreement at the end of  any one-year period.

3.2 This Agreement will be only considered effective when the customers settle the maintenance fee as stated above within thirty (30) days from the date of signing Agreement.

  1. TERMINATION

 

4.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by notice in writing to the other party on or any time after the occurrence of any of the following events.

4.1.1 a material breach by a party (the “Defaulting Party”) of any of its obligations under this Agreement or if the breach is capable of remedy, the Defaulting Party has failed to remedy within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice in writing from the other party requiring the Defaulting Party to do so;
